  • Wrong Size or Color? We’re happy to exchange most items. Just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Custom-Made Items: Please note that custom-made or engraved items can’t be exchanged or refunded unless there’s a manufacturing fault. In such cases, our “Love it or Burn it” policy may apply.
  • Fastest Exchange: The quickest way to exchange is to order your replacement and then return the unsuitable item for a refund. We’ll take care of the rest!

  • It’s your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition.
  • Keep all tags/labels attached and return items free from odors and pet hair.
  • For overseas returns, label the package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid extra charges.
